CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute or no-show may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments or be banned from booking. • I have a 15 min late policy! If you are 15+ mins late to your appointment there is a risk of a no show fee! Being late to your appointment will push back other clients I have scheduled, so please ensure you are on time! • Completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment. I will gladly assess the issue and, if appropriate, provide one complimentary adjustment within 14 days of the original service. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
